Tambora UPRS Conducts Raffling Stage on 140 Doors

The Tambora Low-cost Apartment Management (UPRS) conducts a raffling stage on the fourth stage Pesakih Daan Mogot Flat. Based on the ongoing raffling, 400 units in towers 1 and 2 are already occupied.

Anyone can register, as long as they do not have a private home

Tambora UPRS Head Lili Mulyono said 900 residents were raffled to get 140 units. Most of them were prospective residents who are registered in Rawa Buaya Flat. Due to full slot, they had to be diverted to Pesakih Daan Mogot Flat.

"There are 1,300 people in waiting list and now have been moved to Pesakih Daan Mogot, as Rawa Buaya was full by people from Penjaringan," she told, Tuesday (11/10).

To get the unit, they should have the Jakarta ID card, a certificate of not owning a home from local urban village, a marriage certificate and a salary slip of Rp 2,500,000 - Rp 4,500,000 per month.

"Anyone can register, as long as they do not have a private home. To find out it, we have a system to detect whether they have it or not," he explained.

She went on to say that the raffling stage was based on the priority scale, which meant those who register early would be prioritized. Yet those who ignore the call for three times would be blacklisted.

"Most registered in 2016 to 2017, as the rusunawa facility was not yet rampant. But sometimes the people concerned don't respond immediately," she told.

Her party also held socialization to the occupant related to administration, rules, rental rates, etc. Its raffling was targeted to be complete by the end of this month.

"Those who enter in June or the past month will be free from levies, as long as the Gubernatorial Regulation number 61/2020 is still exist. It tells about Providing Relief for Regional Retribution and/or Abolition of Administrative Sanctions for Retribution Payers Affected by COVID-19," she stated.
